We would've liked to have gotten a higher price but the market was moving a lot during the listing period which wasn't Tracy's fault. We needed a reliable, professional real estate agent because we were trying to sell a property at a distance, and that was Tracy Martin!

Excellent!!! I would not even consider using anyone else. Tracy was awesome. She went out of her way from the beginning. Everything from helping with staging to setting up an open house to viewings and everything in between. Always in contact and always on top of everything. Always a step ahead before I even knew what I needed. And Tracy answered all of my questions anytime and was so thorough with everything all the way through the closing!!! Best experience!!!

Tracy knows this market really well and has a lot of experience with the property types I was interested in. Some minor repair work needed didn't scare her away from showing like some other broker agents I dealt with.
